My Name is Muh. Ananta Jauhar Anfal, I am male, I was born in Jember, January, 24, 1988, I am Moslem, my nationally is Indonesia, my hobby is reading and writing, usually my written, I am posting in my blog: nantaku.blogspot.com, my father is M. Taqdirulloh, he is farmer, my mother is Srilutfati, she is farmer also, I have one sister, her name is Ainun Nida Dusturia, She is studying in Junior high School. I am Male, I am 23 years old, I am Single, I am brave, wise, honest. I care another, progressive, inisiatif, spirit, I can adaption fastly, and I have high commitment and high motivations to studying. I can work under pressure and team work, I am disiplin, I have integritas, and I have good communication (English and Indonesia). I like wake up early, I like follow Organization. I granduated from Library and Information Science Major, Airlangga University with GPA: 3,46 .

My formal education history, I had graduated from Elementary School of Hidayatul Murid Ampel Wuluhan Jember at 2000, and after that, I had studied at Islamic cottage of Queen Al Falah (Pondok Pesantren Queen Alfalah), and also I had Studied at Junior High School 1 Mojo Kediri, and Senior High School 7 Kediri since 2000 until 2006, after that, I continued my study at Airlangga University in Surabaya, I Take Library and Information Science Major by Jalur PMDK Prestasi, I had studied at Airlangga University for 4 years, and I had graduated from Airlangga University at 2010, I had been Studying in Airlangga University, I Followed some organizations, like Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI), I was as the secretaries of Kekaryaan, and General Secretaries of Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam, and I followed Himpunan Mahasiswa Perpustakaan Informasi Indonesia (HMPII), I was as Coordinator of Publications and WEB, and than, I am active in Kaum Muda Nahdlatul Ulama’ Organization (KMNU) also, I was as Coordinator Organization, and I Followed Al Aqsa Surabaya (Alumni Al Falah Queen Shohibul Arkham) which Organization of getherness alumni Pondok pesantren Queen Al Falah.

My Informal education history, I Had Studied at Islamic cottage of Queen Al Falah (Pondok Pesantren Queen Alfalah) since 2000 until 2006, I studied about Islamic religion science, like fiqih, tarih, nahwu, sorof, akhlakul karimah, etc, beside studying religion, in Islamic cottage of Queen Alfalah, I studied gatherers who is different culture and ethnic, beside that, I had studied at Institut Pembangunan, Elfast, Kresna, and now, I am studying English language in Basic English Course (BEC) Pare Kediri and Darul Falah cottage “ English and Arabic community” Pare
I had some experiences from some programs, like committee experience, worked experience, training experience, research experience. In committee experience, I ever had became committee of HMPII Program, I had responsibility as Program Coordinator, the duty was handling of congress program from the first until the last, beside that, I ever had became the chief of Basic Training 1 (LK 1) Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam Fisip Airlangga, and I ever had became the chief of research Pekan Kreatif Mahasiswa DIKTI, then, I ever had became committee of closing meeting and closing study club BTC & CTC Basic English Course, I had duty as program coordinator. Beside experience committee, I had worked experience, like I ever had became surveyor in KOMNAS Perlindungan Anak, Surveyor LPMB Universitas Airlangga, Surveyor LPPM of Airlangga University, interviewer Researh of “Kebijakan Pemberantasan Cukai Ilegal Di Jawa Timur”, Magang in library of Brawijaya University, and I ever had built baitul mal wa tamwil foundation, namely is Derma Insani Indonesia.

I had some training experiences also, it were Latihan Kader 1 HMI Fisip Airlangga at 2006, Training of basic Journalistic at 2008, Training of Trainer at 2009, OnC (Orientation and Commitment) at 2009, Training of Airlangga University Student Entrepreneurship at 2009, Training of Pemahaman dan Strategi Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2008 at 2010, Road to Map at 2010, Airlangga Career Workshop at 2010. beside that, I had Some research experiences, it were Perilaku Membaca Santri Putri Pondok Pesantren Al Amanah Al Fatimiyyah Tambakberas Jombang terhadap Literatur Non-Keagamaan at 2010, Analisis pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pengguna perpustakaan dengan Trust dan Commitment sebagai variabel intervening: studi pada perpustakaan ITS Surabaya at 2010, Perancangan Pengembangan Sistem Promosi Jasa Layanan dan Fasilitas Perpustakaan Universitas Airlangga Via Handphone at 2009, Analisis Information System “Analisis Komparatif iklan audio visual PT. Sinar Sosro Indonesia dengan The Coca cola Company” at 2008, Minat Baca Siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bejingjong Mojokerto at 2008, dan Analisis pemasaran dan strategi SWOT pada PT. Gudang Garam Tbk at 2008.

I had achievement, it was Receiver Kreatifitas Mahasiswa Penelitian DIKTI Program at 2010, and then, I ever had written a article and was published by Warta Unair at 2010 by the title “Urgensi Peran Perpustakaan dalam Lembaga Pendidikan Pondok Pesantren: Mencetak Cendekiawan Muslim Berbasis IPTEK yang Berakhlakul Karimah”.
